Lesson packages
Small Group
Small groups offer the opportunity for more targeted and tailored learning. Participating individuals are given the opportunity to speak and participate more, therefore increasing the productive outcome. Student’s interests and learning goals are more directly addressed and catered to.
Classes may comprise solely on group speaking activities supported by extensive independent reading. Grammar may be used to assist understanding, but is usually not the focus of lessons. Alternatively, classes may instead offer more focused subjects such as writing documents or role-playing situations. Overall, the content should be decided in conjunction, by the institution and input by the students themselves.
Students will be given a 10 minute interview to determine their language level before being placed into groups.

Specialized Seminars
Perhaps you believe your team needs advancement in a specific skill? This can be anything from workplace conflict management, to writing emails, to giving public presentations; just to name a few.
A specialized seminar can focus on a specific topic and explain the basic requirements, offering tips and guidelines to succeed and improve. The two hour seminar usually contains a lecture component, followed by a question and answer session, and ending in a short participant activity.
A seminar may be a one time event for your team, to address a very specific issue. Alternatively, a series of seminars can be planned in advance, allowing employees to participate in the topics which interest them most.
